"How many flats do you own in Shanghai?"

In a video clip shared online, a young man can be seen spitting several times on the floor of metro Line 9 while mockingly asking an elderly passenger who tried to dissuade him how many apartments he owns, thepaper.cn reported on Saturday. If identified, the man faces a fine between 50 ($7.62) and 500 yuan or a disciplinary warning based on the city railway communication regulations, which banns smoking, spitting or littering on public transportation.
